HC dismisses state government’s appeal against stay over recruitment procedure for 200 posts for UFDC

DEHRADUN: The Uttarakhand High court has dismissed the special appeal of the state government against the stay of single bench over recruitment procedure for 200 posts for Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation. Chief justice KM Joseph and VK Bisht considered the special appeal as premature. The judges directed the state government to appeal before the single bench in this case.
