DRDO recruitment 2019 will be conducted for several research vacancies at the Defence Research and Development Organisation centre, Defence Institute of Bio Energy Research (DIBER). There are a total of 15 vacancies available for postgraduates and PhD holders, of which 13 are for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and 2 are for Research Associates (RA). Selected candidates will be engaged on a contract basis and would be eligible for a monthly salary of Rs 31,000 for JRF and Rs 54,000 for RA positions.
Who can Apply for the DRDO Recruitment 2019?
As per the notification, there are a total of 15 vacancies available of which 13 are for Junior Research Fellows and 2 are for Research Associates. Of the 13 Junior Research Fellow vacancies, 3 are for candidates with agricultural science, 3 for candidates with MSc in microbiology, 2 for candidates with either MSc, ME or MTech in biotechnology, 3 are for candidates with MSc in chemistry, and 2 are for candidates with MSc in botany. All the post graduation degrees must be in first-class along with valid NET qualification.
As far as the two Research Associate vacancies are concerned, 1 is for candidates with a PhD in chemistry and the other is for candidates with a PhD in renewable energy.
